Individual videos, as well as longer-running features, can be accessed via the ‘EssexFA’ portal, providing access to an extended wealth of online learning content. Members of the grassroots community are benefiting from development opportunities, at a convenient time, from the comfort of their own homes.

Andrew Crowl and the Coach Education Team discuss common learning myths, research supporting coach development and how some of this can be applied in a grassroots coaching setting.

Plus The FA have recently launched their own ‘FA Learning’ portal, which has been set-up to offer coaches a new way to brush-up on new ideas. Open to any coach, at any level, it provides a range of content across various ‘playlists’ and the activities are created by FA Education staff up and down the country, featuring interviews with leading coaches.
