Sometimes clubs find their players don't fulfill their financial obligations towards them, meaning they're unable to pay debts to leagues or, in more serious cases, they are close to folding as they owe money they can't pay.
Our debt recovery scheme is the clubs’ and leagues’ opportunity to try to recoup money owed by players. All affiliated clubs and leagues may ask us to issue a Sine Die Suspension against individuals who owe them money. Take a look at the document below for further details or get in touch.
