After an initial consultation with the club, we'll work with them to build a support programme, designed to help meet the needs of their coaching workforce.

Youth League
The Youth League project is a funded initiative to support leagues across the county with theory and practical-based workshops aimed at developing the knowledge and skill set of their coaching workforce.
The key aim of the initiative is to support our dedicated volunteers in understanding how to create and maintain a positive, safe and engaging football and learning environment for their players.
