Essex is gearing-up for an exciting new chapter in women's football as the Essex Women’s Walking Football League prepares to launch their second season, following on from their success inaugural competition.

The league is set to feature sides including Colchester Eagles, Paringdon Pirates (two teams), Leyton Orient, Southend Women (two teams) and Billericay (two teams). They’re all poised to showcase the growing popularity and success of Women's Walking Football in Essex.

The anticipation and excitement surrounding the launch of the second season in Essex is palpable, with players, coaches and fans eagerly counting down the days until the first whistle blows. The prospect of witnessing these eight teams compete promises to be a thrilling spectacle, with each side bringing their unique style and approach to the game.
