Club Matters Present Free Open Workshops Programme

Sport England-Funded Training Opportunities Online

Covering a range of topics from marketing to legal structures and community engagement, Sport England Club Matters Workshops are currently available to support and develop clubs and community sports organisations across the country.

Accessible via the Sport England website, the workshops are short, free training sessions which will develop skills, improve knowledge and, ultimately, help to develop a club. They’re for groups of at least four clubs and they build on the content of the online resources on Sport England’s website, with case studies, topical issues, exercises and a discussion section.

Funded by Sport England, each workshop typically lasts two hours and they’re open to anyone involved with a community sports club. Visit the Sport England website to sign-up. You can also find information below, by following @EssexCountyFA on Twitter and by searching for ‘EssexFootball’ on Facebook.
