Online Sessions for Creating ‘Female-Friendly’ Clubs

Free Training Events Help Build Right Club Environments

If your club would like to grow new women’s and girls’ teams, or want to find out more about what an ideal ‘female friendly’ environment looks like, then book a place on one of The FA’s online ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ Training.

Various sessions are taking place during March and April, featuring an interactive workshop for club committee members and coaches which will provide practical advice to help create the right club environment to grow female participation.

Attendees will develop existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real-life case study examples to help build a ‘Gameplan For Growth’. The training is across two modules and all sessions run from 7:00-8:30pm.

You can book onto the workshop via this link. Information on female football is also shared on Twitter by @EssexCountyFA and by searching for ‘EssexFootball’ on Facebook.
