Would you like to play a leading role in the improvement of grassroots football in Essex? A Football Development Officer position has become available with the Essex County FA, with applications welcome until Thursday 13th June.

We're looking for an influential and motivated new member of our Development Team to help develop projects which support clubs, leagues, volunteers and wider partners. The role enhances grassroots football provision, and the successful applicant will contribute towards targets within our progressive ‘Moving Forward’ Strategy.

When identifying a suitable individual for the position, we will look for experience and knowledge of grassroots football and The FA’s National Game Strategy. An ability to manage a diverse work programme and multiple priorities are also requirements, as well as good communication and project-planning skills. This vacancy is not a coaching role.
