Essex County FA Referee Development Officer Vacancy
An exciting opportunity is available to support the implementation and delivery of the referees section of our ambitious #MovingForward Strategy, with applications for a Referee Development Officer vacancy welcome until Tuesday 26th March.
Tasks for the successful candidate will include providing more development opportunities and enhancing the support and guidance to the referee workforce. The role encompasses strategic planning and the implementation of effective recruitment, conversion, retention and progression strategies, supporting referees and the refereeing workforce (coaches, mentors and observers), as well as supplying appropriate guidance with safeguarding training and DBS requirements.
