For the 2023/24 season, Essex County Schools Football Association will be selecting boys for the Under 14, 15 and 16 age groups to play in the South-East England Schools Cup competitions as well as the U14 and U16 England Schools FA National County Competition.

High standards are expected when representing the County and Essex is renowned for maintaining these high standards both on and off the pitch in addition to achieving high levels of success.

Matches will take place on Saturday mornings.

Nominations for boys suitable for being selected for a county school’s trial are welcomed from schools and districts using the nomination form below. Students should be nominated by a member of the PE staff and/or their district team managers.

• Under 16 Final - Friday 29th September 4.30pm London Playing Fields, Fairlop, IG6 3HJ

Boys should arrive in playing kit with tracksuit, boots, shin pads and a drink.
