Football Services Role Available to Support Local Football and Business Strategy

Individuals with a keen interest in grassroots football are invited to apply for the Football Services Job role, which will make an important contribution towards our 2024 #MovingForward Strategy.

A vacancy is currently being advertised for the position of a Football Services Officer at the County Office, which will feature a blend of home-working. The deadline for applications is Monday 17th July at 10:00am, with the first round of virtual interviews to take place at dates to be confirmed.

The successful candidate for the Football Services Officer role will support the delivery of the FA Grassroots Football Strategy and our Business Strategy, including aspects relating to discipline and hearings.

They will assist in the efficient running of the Football Services Team, through supporting FA and Essex FA admin processes, with a specific focus on discipline and hearings, as well as contributing to the effective implementation of the FA’s Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FA’s, whilst helping to ensure compliance with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance.
