Free Training Advises on How to Build ‘Female Friendly’ Clubs

An interactive, online FA workshop, aimed at both committee members and coaches, is helping clubs who’d like to grow a new women’s and girls’ team discover what an ideal ‘female friendly’ environment looks like.

Attendees at the ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ Training will develop their existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real-life case study examples which are ‘Inspiring Positive Change’. It will provide practical advice to help create the right club to grow female participation, and bookings are now being taken for the training until June.

Female football is a major part of our ‘Moving Forward’ Strategy. This training, supported by Barclays, consists of one module, running from 6:30-8:30pm. You can book onto the workshop below. Information on female football is also shared on Twitter by @EssexCountyFA and by searching for ‘EssexFootball’ on Facebook.
