Recognising and Rewarding Young People Online Workshop
Join us for a 'Recognising & Rewarding Young People Online Workshop' on Monday 30th January 2023 at 6:30pm - 7:45pm.
Essex FA are excited to be working with the Jack Petchey Foundation to deliver an insightful online session to share how clubs can recognise and reward young people aged 11-25 through their achievement award grant funded scheme. You’ll be able to hear first-hand from a grassroots football club on how the scheme has helped their young members.
The Jack Petchey Foundation was established to encourage, reward and promote achievement amongst young people through a programme of grant giving and recognition. The idea of the collaboration is to ensure that more clubs in Essex are aware of the grants and schemes available to them in supporting young people within their club.
The session will include:
- Information on the grants and schemes available to recognise and reward young people and leaders within your club
- A case study from Great Bradfords FC on how they have used the Achievement Award Scheme and Leadership grants in their club
- The process to apply for the grants available and what steps you will need to undertake as a club, the commitment required and the documentation you will need to have in place to proceed with an application
