Free Events Help to Build the Right Female Club Environment

Training Sessions to Advise on Female Friendly Clubs

Would you like to grow a new women’s and girls’ team within your club? Do you know what an ideal ‘female friendly’ environment looks like? Bookings are now being taken for The FA’s online ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ Training between December and June.

Attendees will develop their existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real-life case study examples which are ‘Inspiring Positive Change’. This interactive workshop is aimed at both club committee members and coaches and will provide practical advice to help create the right club environment to grow female participation.

Female football is a major part of the Essex County FA ‘Moving Forward’ Strategy. This training, supported by Barclays, consists of one module, running from 6:30-8:30pm.
