Training to Help Build Right Female Club Environments
Free online sessions and an interactive workshops are taking place during April designed to assist club committee members and coaches in creating the right club environment to grow female participation.
Clubs who would like to grow new women’s and girls’ teams, or those who want to find out more about what an ideal ‘female friendly’ environment looks like, can access practical advice and help by booking a place on one of The FA’s forthcoming ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ training sessions.
Attendees will develop existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real-life case study examples to help build a ‘Gameplan For Growth’. The training is across two modules and all sessions run from 7:00-8:30pm. Two modules for the London Region have already successfully taken place in the first week of March.
You can book onto the workshop by following this link. Information on female football is also shared on Twitter by @EssexCountyFA and by searching for ‘EssexFootball’ on Facebook.
