Our Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) are seeking two paid Assistant Coaches, one to work with their Under 10s Squad and another to coach the Under 16s, who will deliver practical football sessions in-line with a technical programme.

Based at Shrub End Sports & Community Centre in Colchester, the successful candidates will provide high-quality coaching and support and implement training and games programmes in-line with Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) guidelines.

They'll liaise with the Head Coach to produce session plans and deliver player assessments, ensuring the Essex RTC philosophy and ethos are followed at all times. A minimum of an FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football is required, as well as the FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2.
