Made a New Year’s Resolution to keep fit and don’t know where to start? Looking to get active again after too much sofa time? We're inviting potential grassroots football players to visit our online ‘Squad Booster’ portal in a drive to inspire more people to play and enjoy the game.

The Squad Booster service contains live classified adverts from clubs on the lookout for new players to supplement their squads. Teams struggling for numbers can attract new faces by submitting an advert to thousands of players, of all abilities, who can use Squad Booster to find regular football.

The service is pivotal to achieving one of Essex grassroots football’s main goals - simply to get more people playing. Adverts are shared amongst the local media and are individually published on Twitter, with prominent links from Facebook.
