Club Manager Required to Develop Female Football

Do you have the skills to oversee training and matchday operations at the Essex County FA Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC)? A vacancy has arisen for a Club Manager based in Colchester, with applications required by Monday 20th November.

The purpose of the post is to take care of all the administration involved in running the RTC from December, along with the management of staff. The role involves four training hours per week across Mondays and Wednesdays, plus home fixtures at Shrub End Community & Sports Centre or Colchester Garrison on either Saturdays or Sundays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of the programme and ensuring the RTC adheres to FA policies, procedures and regulations for safeguarding children, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of the club and business planning. Prior experience of running a programme is essential.
