Coaching courses have now transitioned to a central delivery model, led by FA Education (England Football Learning). In early 2021, our countywide coaching survey highlighted the need for localised coach support and learning opportunities, through delivery of face-to-face experiences.

To continue supporting grassroots coaches with their ongoing learning, we launched our new Coach Development Programme in summer 2021. Our offer consists of a variety of learning experiences, enabling coaches to continue engaging with the Essex County FA, alongside the formal FA qualification pathway.
