Referee Development
Would you like to help provide more development opportunities for Essex referees and enhance the support and guidance to the local referee workforce? An exciting job opportunity has become available to support the implementation and delivery of the referees section of our ambitious #MovingForward Strategy.
Applications for a Referee Development Officer vacancy are currently welcome until Monday 2nd September. This role encompasses strategic planning and the implementation of effective recruitment, conversion, retention and progression strategies, supporting referees and the refereeing workforce (coaches, mentors and observers), as well as supplying appropriate guidance with safeguarding training and DBS requirements.
