Annual General Meeting Documents

Notice is provided each year for the Annual General Meeting of the Essex County FA Limited, limited to all members of the association.

Included within this notice are the annual accounts, including the Independent Auditor's Report. This notice is for the transaction of the ordinary and special business of the company.

An agenda is provided and the Chairperson of the Association presides, while the Chief Executive reads the notice convening the meeting. Our accounts are provided to the membership on an annual basis as part of our Annual General Meeting, and are provided annually to Companies House.
