Female Coach Pathway Event

Developing the Psychological and Social Corner with Female Players

We're Staging a ‘4-Corner Model’ Female Coach Pathway Event

Would you like to feel more informed and confident when supporting female players? We've organised a ‘Developing the Psychological and Social Corner with Female Players: The 4-Corner Model’ Workshop for Monday 10th March.

This workshop in Southend will look at supporting players in areas such as maturation changes, dealing with injuries and developing social skills. It’s for coaches who are looking for inspiration and access to further support from FA Coach Developers and County Champions. It also provides the opportunity to network with other club coaches within the female pathway.

Content will include theoretical conversations around the 4-Corner Model and a practical session, bringing the discussions to life. Learners will then have the opportunity to access further support through the County Champion programme. Attendees can join County Coach Developer and Female Coach Mentor, Chris Cronin, and Technical Lead for the Female Pathway in Essex, Emma Burden, for a female pathway event not to be missed.

Costing just £5, this workshop will take place from 6:00-9:00pm at Garons Park Cricket Pavilion, Eastern Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 4FA. Book your place by following this link, or you can keep in touch with us on social media.
