New for the 2022/23 season, this community aims to provide more targeted support to the volunteer coaching workforce across Essex, by reaching out to specific individuals within clubs.

We want to provide clearer messaging and support for coaches, in addition to the formal FA Coaching Pathway. This will include information relating to the most common challenges faced by grassroots volunteer coaches. Would you like to play a part in developing coaching within your club? Here's the support we'll offer:

* Regular coaching updates to share within your club
* Notifications of forthcoming coaching workshops and events
* Opportunities to be involved in promotional material (e.g. video interviews)
* Online discussions, to help shape coach development in Essex (maximum two meetings per year)
