Training Sessions Advise on How to Build ‘Female Friendly’ Clubs

Free Online Events Help with Creating the Right Club Environment

Attendees at The FA’s online ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ Training will develop their existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real-life case study examples which are ‘Inspiring Positive Change’.

This interactive workshop is aimed at both club committee members and coaches who’d like to grow a new women’s and girls’ team and discover what an ideal ‘female friendly’ environment looks like. It will provide practical advice to help create the right club to grow female participation, and bookings are now being taken for the training between January and June.

Female football is a major part of the Essex County FA ‘Moving Forward’ Strategy. This training, supported by Barclays, consists of one module, running from 6:30-8:30pm.
