Start Your Journey Here: Para Football England Talent Day

Session Taking Place for 7-16s in Chelmsford in July

A Para Football England Talent Day at Chelmer Valley High School in Chelmsford on Thursday 22nd July is inviting local youth footballers to "Start Your Journey Here" and explore their potential in the game.

The talent identification session (from 10:30am to 12:30pm) is for players aged 7-11 and 12-16 with Cerebral Palsy, hearing impairments or visual impairments. While still playing their usual format of football, individuals are encouraged to engage with the England Para Talent Pathway and discover new ways to play the game to suit them.

FA England Talent Days are recognised as the first selective environment in that pathway and Essex County FA Inclusion Development Officer, Cindi Chatha, commented: "This England Talent Day in Chelmsford is a fantastic opportunity. We'd really like to engage with our local mainstream clubs to ensure this session is accessible to as many individuals as possible. Please spread the word!"

One player, two journeys, three lions. Stay with your club, play for your country. Find out more by contacting Abigail via E-Mail at abigail@disability4sport.co.uk.
