Grassroots Coaching Survey

Grassroots Coaching Survey Will Shape the Future

Feedback Invited from Essex’s Coach Community

Are there things about your grassroots coaching experience you've always wanted The FA to know about? The challenges you most need help with? The kind of learning support you want more of? Or less, perhaps? Good news… now's your chance!

The FA have launched a National Grassroots Coaching Survey, the biggest ever set of questions into how to improve the way every grassroots coach is supported to fulfil their ambitions in the game. Coaches can play their part and get involved via this link.

It takes around 20 minutes to complete and, by taking part and sharing insight and experiences, coaches will be undertaking a crucial role in shaping the future of The FA's coaching support. What’s more, everyone who completes the survey will also be entered into a free prize draw to win either a kit bundle worth up to £250 or one of five £50 Amazon Gift Cards.

Justyn Price, The FA’s Senior Lead for Learner Insight and Coach Development, explained: “Our aim is always to provide the very best learning experiences for our coaches at every stage of their learning journey. Every season we want to do better. And, although activity on the grass is on pause, next season is no different as we look ahead to football’s eventual return.”

“It’s never been more important for us to understand the daily challenges our coaches face so we can put in place the support that will make the biggest difference. We hope as many coaches as possible take part and share their experience and insight with us.”

Please click here to take part in the survey by Tuesday 30th June. Information on grassroots Essex coaching can also be found by following @EssexCountyFA and @EssexCoaches on Twitter, and by searching for ‘EssexFootball’ on Facebook.
