A dozen young people aged between 15 and 24 are required for our 2019/20 ‘Youth Forum’ to help shape and develop football, support and empower a diverse workforce and influence change through the game.

The Forum have been together for three years to provide a voice to young people on how grassroots football is delivered locally. They also help to deliver a variety of projects which support the Essex County FA ‘Moving Forward’ Strategy 2018-21 and the FA National Game Strategy. Successful candidates will need to be:

* committed to attending, and actively participating in, Youth Forum meetings
* committed to the aims of the Forum, providing a voice for children and young people
* able to deliver and attend various football events related to the role
* able to support Essex County FA events
