Personal Assistant and Coordinator Required

Individuals capable of working within a fast-paced football office environment are being invited to apply for our ‘PA and Office Coordinator’ vacancy at the County Office in Chelmsford by Wednesday 28th June.

Tasks will include providing administrative support to the Chief Executive and organizing, implementing and maintaining office working policy and procedure. A committed, enthusiastic and flexible personal assistant is required to support the coordination of office working practice on a day-to-day basis and, in addition, the successful candidate will maintain office filing systems, take minutes and make arrangements for Board and Council Meetings.
