The position, based at the County Office in Chelmsford, will be a fixed term contract until 30th June 30th 2019, reporting directly to the Senior Referee Development Officer. Tasks will include providing more development opportunities and enhancing the support and guidance to the referee workforce, with a Wednesday 28th June deadline for submissions.
The role encompasses strategic planning and implementation of effective recruitment and retention strategies, supporting Observers, Tutors, Mentors and Coaches and providing appropriate guidance with FA Safeguarding Children and DBS requirements.
