Hawkwell Athletic with
their Charter Standard Award
Newly formed Great
Bentley Youth recently received their certificate
and the club's Graham Budinger commented: ""You can
tell when you play against other clubs that have the
Charter Standard award. They're superbly run and the
kids love running around with the FA logo on their
arm!" |
Hawkwell Athletic are the
Essex County FA's 100th Charter Standard club and
Vice-Chairman, Martin Robbins, believes that the
award has boosted their profile in the local
community and surrounding areas: "We've always had a
reputation for being a very friendly club and our
Charter Standard certificate shows parents that
their children are playing in a safe environment and
with qualified coaches." |
Benefits of the Charter
Standard include increased funding opportunities,
in-service training events and reduced prices on
Essex FA coaching courses. |
