Level 2 Certificate in the Treatment and Management of Injury in Football
Course Duration: 52 Hours (including home study), Minimum Age: 16
This course has been designed to provide candidates who have an interest in sports therapy with the underpinning knowledge and grasp of providing such a practise in football.
The knowledge gained will enable candidates to develop an understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, pathology and the recognition of injuries, basic treatment and the management of injuries and injury prevention. The skills acquired in the context of football may be transferable to many field-based team sports. Candidates must hold a valid Emergency Aid Certificate to join this course.
